What information this site handles

• Website requests: when you visit, the hosting and security services may process your IP address, browser and device information, requested page, request time and security signals needed to deliver and protect the site.
• Emails you choose to send: if you use an email link, we receive the address and information you include in your message. Please use a fictional or non-sensitive example for an initial pilot enquiry; do not send credentials or customer records.

This website has no account sign-in, customer-data upload or enquiry form. Its application code does not run advertising or analytics scripts. Following a link to the interactive demo or a related product takes you to a different destination with its own data handling.

Why we use it

We use technical request information to serve and secure this website and to diagnose faults. We use an email enquiry to answer it and consider a bounded pilot discussion. Our lawful basis for these limited activities is our legitimate interest in operating a secure information site and responding to voluntary business enquiries, unless a specific legal obligation requires a particular record. We do not use an enquiry as automatic consent to marketing or activate a product account from it.

Cookies and similar technology

The current hosting response sets Cloudflare’s __cf_bm security cookie for bot protection. Cloudflare says it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. The site application does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Browser settings may let you block cookies, although doing so can affect security checks. Who receives information and where

Website hosting and security providers, including Cloudflare, process technical requests. Our email provider handles messages you send. We may share a relevant enquiry with professional advisers where needed for the requested discussion or a legal obligation. We do not sell visitor information. Providers may process information outside the UK; contact us for details of the applicable location and transfer arrangements for a particular request.

How long we keep it

This site does not create a visitor account or an enquiry database. We keep correspondence while addressing an enquiry and, where necessary, for a reasonable business or legal record; we then delete or minimise it when it is no longer needed. Hosting and security providers retain technical records under their service settings. You can ask us about a particular record or request its deletion, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Your choices and rights

You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and may object to or request restriction of certain uses. Other rights may apply depending on the processing. Contact hello@verified-infrastructure.com so we can identify the relevant information without asking you to disclose it publicly.
