PUBLIC GUIDED PREVIEW
See why an AI agent’s identity is not enough.
Follow one fictional purchase-order example from proposed action to independent authority decision and recipient check. This page explains the outcomes; it does not run the authority service.
Fictional organisations and amounts. No real order, message, payment or production authority change.
An independent check can deny an out-of-bounds request and bind a permitted decision to exact terms that the recipient can verify.
FOLLOW THE DECISION
One limit. Five outcomes.
£38,000
The agent proposes an order outside its limit.
The fictional agent has a £10,000 purchase-order ceiling. Its identity does not give it permission to spend £38,000.
Next outcome£8,000
A different, exact order fits the delegation.
The authorisation is for the recorded action and terms only. It is not a general spending pass.
Next outcome£8,000
The recipient checks the evidence independently.
The recipient checks what was authorised without relying on the agent's description alone. Verification does not mean an order was delivered or completed.
Next outcome£39,000
Changing the amount breaks the match.
A presented £39,000 order cannot inherit the authorisation for the exact £8,000 action.
Next outcome£8,000
Used evidence cannot be replayed.
Once consumed in the fictional journey, the same evidence cannot authorise another action.
WHAT TO TAKE AWAY
Identity is context. Authority is specific. Evidence must still match.
The interactive showcase uses the same fictional outcomes, but currently requires controlled access. Ask for access if you want to run the journey yourself.
What this walkthrough does not prove
It does not establish real-world truth, legal validity of an underlying instruction, actual delivery or execution, or a blanket safety guarantee. The illustrated order and receipt are inert.
