Nontechnical buyers can follow the five-minute fictional Purchase Order journey; technical teams can inspect the evidence boundary one step deeper.

What it can genuinely support today.
- 1. The agent proposes one exact, consequential action.
- 2. An independent authority check compares the request with current scope, delegation and limits.
- 3. The £38,000 example is denied against a £10,000 limit; a separate £8,000 action is authorised only for its recorded terms.
- 4. The fictional recipient verifies the exact action and evidence independently.
- 5. Changing the amount to £39,000 makes the presented evidence invalid; reusing consumed evidence is denied.
- The public walkthrough is fictional and inert; the interactive showcase requires controlled access.
- A verified authorisation does not mean a purchase order was actually issued, delivered, accepted or paid.
- Future production integrations are separate from the demonstrated decision flow.
Technical evidence and demonstration status
- The evidence is bound to exact recorded action details rather than a general identity claim.
- The receiving side checks the presented evidence and replay state; altered terms cannot inherit the original decision.
